Gingerbread Houses

Now with the combo of having two energetic kids and working full-time, I don't have the time to do as much baking as I would like. However, for me the holidays conjures up images of all things colorful and sweet so of course I couldn't let the holidays go by without making gingerbread houses (even if it means using store bought graham crackers). As if the sweets that went into making the gingerbread houses weren't indulgent enough, next up for the kids will be decorating 16 inch gingerbread men!
