The Nutcracker

Luciana had a winter recital of The Nutcracker a couple weeks ago at her ballet studio. At first she didn't seem too keen on being a soldier, but she was sold on the part when she saw the soldiers' costumes. She had plenty of practice at home rehearsing with Tony and Miles who took turns being the Mouse King. When she took the stage, Luciana was extremely serious and didn't even smile once, but she assured us she had a very fun time dancing for everyone. I am very proud watching Luciana do what she loves and she moved her daddy to tears watching his little girl dancing so beautifully on stage.
